It's a convenient, fast method of reporting issues, has useful reference information in a knowledge base, keeps you up to date with the latest support news including the latest products versions, available updates, hotfixes and so on. Concentrix Self-Service support also means you can take a look at the status of your current and historical issues.

If you are an existing Concentrix support customer, you automatically have access to Self-Service, our online support tool which is at your disposal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
What is Self-Service?
Concentrix Self-Service is an internet based "help yourself" service provided by the Concentrix Support Desk. The Self-Service Tool means that you no longer have to spend time on the phone to report a problem or update an existing one; you simply have to log into the Self-Service area of the website and report the issue in a few simple clicks.
At Concentrix we believe that this tool will significantly reduce the amount of time it takes to report an issue, subsequently enabling you to focus on more business critical activities, allowing us to worry about the rest.
What's more, Self-Service also contains a knowledge base of useful reference information, which gives you the ability to search for keywords and phrases which relate to your problem. In addition, the tool will keep you up to date with the latest support news, product versions and updates available.
Who can use Self-Service?
The Self Service Tool is only available to those customers who have a support agreement with Concentrix. So if you are a support customer and have not yet used the service, you should contact the support desk to request your user name and password.
What products does Self-Service apply to?
Self-Service applies to all products which are supplied by Concentrix, including Sage CRM, Sage SalesLogix, FrontRange's GoldMine software and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. As well as Sage 50 and Sage 200 accounting solutions and all infrastructure and hardware purchased from Concentrix.
Is Self-Service difficult to use?
Not at all, Self-Service is fast, convenient, effective and easy to use. You can access the Self-Service login page straight from the Concentrix website. Once logged in there is a clear menu which is easy to navigate and understand. However, Concentrix have created a manual which gives users step by step instructions of how to perform tasks.
