Support Services Overview
Hardware and Software Support from Concentrix
Whatever Concentrix deploy, we support: software, hardware or both. This provides a common centre for all your IT requirements, so you're free to concentrate on your core business activities.
The Concentrix support team is made up of a dedicated, in-house support desk and a team of highly experienced field engineers. To ensure you receive the highest level of support, we strongly recommend you take out a Support Agreement. This gives access to our dedicated support line 5 days a week, between 8 am and 6.00 pm, and a dedicated email address solely for support issues. We also offer remote assistance and allow you to view all of your previous issues online with our Concentrix Self-Service facility.

What Concentrix Support Includes
When you contact Concentrix support desk, you'll receive honest and helpful responses at all stages. You'll be connected directly to expert staff who listen to you and will decide the most effective way to solve your issue. All our support staff are based in our UK head office, fully trained and do not work from scripts.
Concentrix support includes:
- Access to our large, highly experienced, highly trained centralised support team which provides a friendly and professional service
- User assistance/support - via our dedicated support line including 'How do I...?' questions
- Administrator assistance/support - via our dedicated support line to address issues connected with the running of the system
- Supply of software corrections and revisions - available at no charge from the manufacturer
- "Bug" reporting/control
- Remote intervention - web dial-in, with access controlled by you
- Self Service - Access to our online support centre that allows you to find out how your issue is progressing and provides access to our Knowledge Base

Database administration services
If you're a System Administrator fed up with being asked to create/delete new users, or dread the thought of database maintenance, we will gladly take the pressure off and perform these types of tasks for you.

Concentrix Self-Service is the web portal that caters for all your support needs. The gateway includes access to:
- Your current and historical issues
- Support News
- Knowledge Base
- Latest version/build/hotfix information
