Sales Force Automation
SalesLogix Sales is the core module of the integrated Sage SalesLogix CRM solution suite. It stores customer information captured across the whole organisation, enabling users to:

Customer Service

From within a service ticket (sometimes called cases), SalesLogix users can search for solutions or schedule activities such as phone calls, meetings or to-dos to follow up on open issues. Tickets are integrated with Accounts and Contacts, so SalesLogix maintains a record of all service interactions, past and pending.
