Database Integrations
SwiftPage integrates with Sage CRM solutions including, Sage ACT!, Sage CRM and SalesLogix. It also integrates with Microsoft Excel. With SwiftPage you can send emails directly to all contacts in your database. What's more, the software will tell you who received the email, who opened it and who clicked the links. This enables you to prioritise the follow ups to the campaign.
Simple Template Editor
Swiftpage has an Online Editor which enables you to create email templates. What's more, the templates can contain links and landing zones. The template editor makes communicating with your contacts easier and this should therefore increase communication with your customers.
Smart Sending Features
With Swiftpage you can either choose to send the email now, or schedule the campaign to send on a specific date. There is also a Send As feature for Sage ACT!, SalesLogix and Swiftpage Connect. This enables you to change who the email comes from. So, although marketing may create the campaign, the results may be better if the campaign is sent from someone the recipient actually knows. This may be their account manager or the person they deal with in sales.
