Once a campaign has been sent, CommuniGator email marketing software returns the results data back to the CRM content record, including emails opened, click throughs, unsubscribe and undeliverables.
These activities are then fully searchable using the Microsoft CRM Advanced Find functionality, giving the perfect opportunity to segment your data based on your contacts interactions with marketing emails.
Integration with Sage CRM
CommuniGator' s integration with Sage CRM provides users with a fully functional e-marketing application within CRM itself.
CommuniGator email marketing software campaigns can interact with either a static or a dynamic group and will record all of the key activities from your emails into a dedicated history table in the CRM database.
