Free Trial MS Dynamics CRM Terms and Conditions

To take part in the Concentrix free trial of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, you must be a UK registered company and the trial must be based on the UK mainland. Note this is a full, on-premise trial, not a hosted solution. Therefore Microsoft Dynamics CRM needs a minimum specification of supporting hardware and software to function correctly, please check the system requirements. If you're not sure whether you have the appropriate hardware or software, we may need to carry out a basic IT assessment (this is also free).

We will do our best to implement the free trial of Microsoft Dynamics CRM using your existing hardware and software. However, please appreciate it may not always be possible to implement the free trial if your hardware or software configurations do not meet the specifications stated by Microsoft.

Concentrix will set up the free trial of Microsoft Dynamics CRM for an unlimited number of on-site users and up to five laptop or remote users, as long as your existing hardware and software configurations allow this.

If you are applying for the free trial of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the capacity of an employee or contractor of a separate corporate body, partnership or similar business, you must have the authority of that business to apply for and use a free trial of Microsoft Dynamics CRM for that the business. If you are unsure about this, you must confirm with an appropriately senior manager/director (or equivalent) that you have such authority, or that such authority has already been given.

Concentrix will endeavour to implement the free trial for UK applicants who meet the criteria outlined in these terms and conditions. However, if for any reason we feel a free trial is not appropriate for your company we accept no obligation to implement it.
