GoldMine Premium Edition 8.5 builds on the success of previous versions of the software to provide a whole host of new features which increase user access, improve knowledge of customers and impact positively on productivity. These features include:

Universal Search

GoldMine Premium Edition 8.5 Universal Search means you can retrieve customer data using one easy-to-use feature. The addition of Universal Search enables users to find information relating to customers quickly and easily, helping all staff to deliver excellent customer service. And, not only can users access information about a contact, they can also search for documents which are linked to a contact within GoldMine.

Preview Panes and Extra Details Field

GoldMine Premium Edition 8.5 enables users to preview client information. This feature gives users a quick, detailed view of important record information, such as linked documents and pending or historic activities, enabling you to respond to clients rapidly. With the addition of extra configurable details fields, GoldMine users who upgrade to version 8.5 can now capture additional data to meet their exact requirements.

Apply New User Interface Style More Broadly

User adoption is often one of the greatest problems encountered during CRM system implementation. GoldMine Premium Edition 8.5 builds on the previous versions usability enhancements so that users can change the way the application looks and deliver greater consistency across the application, as well as improving access to GoldMine data.

Email Centre UI Enhancements

GoldMine Premium Edition 8.5 improves the usability of GoldMine email functions with additional product features and by aligning usage with the Outlook user interface style. Additional grid controls, such as sorting, filtering and grouping capabilities are now supported by GoldMine, enabling users to easily view data and new folder options. Another improvement to the email centre is that users can now indicate in a bold font whether emails have been read or unread. This is in addition to the enhanced email linking capabilities to GoldMine projects.

Lookup List and Cross-Field Validation

GoldMine Premium Edition 8.5 has lookup lists which give users the ability to validate data in one field based on information stored in another field. For example, you can validate the sales owner of a contact based on the country or region that contact resides in. As another example, you could also validate a contacts' title, based on the department previously saved to that contact. This feature ensures reporting is consistent.

Case Management Enhancements

Providing excellent customer service is key to retaining customers. GoldMine Premium 8.5 allows users to create cases from automated process, enabling your entire customer base to log tickets via your website. In addition, you can track case reassignments and escalations, and you now have the ability to change field names. You can also associate multiple contacts to a single case, so more data can be shared across users. GoldMine Premium Edition 8.5 enables users to develop close relationships with their customers, improving customer service and therefore increasing the likelihood of a customer becoming loyal.

Activity Management Improvements

In any CRM implementation, ease of use is key. Activity management is enhanced in the latest version of GoldMine Premium Edition by expanding the ability to manage activities among team members through assignment improvements, and via clients with RSVP and delegation enhancements.
