Easy-Start CRM Implementation

Timescale
Concentrix Easy-Start CRM Packages offer a choice of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sage CRM or GoldMine Premium Edition. Whichever CRM software you decide on, the full solution will usually be implemented in five working days. This will typically consist of:
- Business requirements workshop - 1 day
- Software Configuration - 1 day
- Software Installation - 1 day
- Data Import - 1 day
- User Training - 1 day
Additional services, training or optional extras may increase implementation time slightly, however Concentrix will endeavour to keep within one week.
Optional Extras
A variety of optional extras are available. These include reporting packs, email marketing solutions and specialist add-on software. Please contact us for details.
What We Need from You
The key aims of the Concentrix Easy-Start packages are to enable up to five of your companies staff to be trained and using the software, installed on your premises and configured to your business needs, within one week. This means we need you to make selected staff, resources and certain areas of your existing IT systems available to us. This will include:
- End-users will need to be available for training, at the same time, for at least one-day.
- Senior staff - we will need certain key decision makers available for the business requirements workshop, and to refer to from time to time during configuration.
- Access to IT - we will need access to IT staff and certain areas of your IT system over the week, particularly during installation. This will include servers and individual PCs or workstations.
Support and Maintenance
Concentrix will supply comprehensive support and software maintenance for three-months after your system has gone live. This will include access to our dedicated support line 5 days a week from 8am to 6pm, and a dedicated email address solely for support issues. We also offer remote assistance and access to an online Self-Service support facility.
After three-months, Concentrix support is available for an annual fee.
Changes after your System is Live
Any changes not covered by our support agreement will be charged at an agreed daily rate.
Further Training
Concentrix can provide system administrator training, further and advanced user training and refresher courses, either on your premises or at our bespoke training facility.
