Business Process Improvement

You may have a system in place already but you are not seeing the full benefits. This could be due to your business processes (or in some cases lack of). We have worked with a number of clients to review their business processes and train their staff to get the most out of the systems they are using.

In these circumstances, Concentrix can act as the catalyst in the process of business improvement to help redefine your objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

This can be done in a number of stages:

Business / Workflow Analysis
By working with you and your colleagues we work to gain an understanding of your business and how you want to operate moving forward. This includes identifying the activities, processes and system design elements that need to be changed to help you achieve your goals. This is then documented and forms the basis of any future recommendations.

Managing the Change
Once we have identified the areas for change, we can help you manage that change including any system redesign that may be required, and process documentation that you may need for staff and administrators, and any additional reports to help you track the effectiveness of these changes.

Data Import
The transition from a legacy system to a new solution can be made smoother by the transfer of existing data sources. Our data experts analyse your current databases, spreadsheets, and contact information, and map them into your new system. Deriving additional data wherever possible, our aim is to allow you to use all of your data from the moment you use your new system.

Training
With any changes, training will be required and we can help you to plan a training strategy that will ensure all of your users and administrators are confident in using the new system.

Review
This is an essential part of the process - reviewing the effectiveness of the system and checking that against your original objectives and KPIs. We can then help you to make any necessary changes to ensure that you are reaping the most reward from your new system.
