Concentrix awarded Sage CRM Business Partner of the Year 2009

Concentrix has been awarded Sage CRM Business Partner of the Year by Sage UK Ltd, the leading supplier of business software and services. The award recognises Concentrix's commitment to Sage CRM, along with its expertise with the popular mid-market CRM product, strong annual sales and high-levels of customer satisfaction.
The achievement was announced at a gala dinner held by Sage in Newcastle on the 25th November. Ian Dawkins, Concentrix Managing Director, commented “Sage CRM is a key product for Concentrix with some outstanding features and powerful CRM functionality. I'm really pleased that the wide range of skills, deep understanding of the software and dedication of Concentrix staff has been formally recognised.”
Sage CRM automates processes, improves communications and brings together information to help businesses run more efficiently. Concentrix has successfully deployed the software in organisations throughout the UK, providing a comprehensive range of implementation services, project management, training and after sales support. The company has a team of in-house developers and has produced a membership management system based on Sage CRM, plus a number of bespoke and add-on applications for the product.
Concentrix has been a fully accredited Sage Business Partner since 2004 and continues to build and develop a close working relationship with the company. As well as Sage CRM Business Partner of the Year, Concentrix achieved a place in the coveted Sage Circle of Excellence. This award was based on consistent and high-quality service and excellent feedback from customers.
