Sage CRM 6.2 Now Available

Sage launched the latest version of Sage CRM (version 6.20) in November 2008. Having fully tested, assessed and evaluated each aspect of the new release, Concentrix is now supplying Sage CRM v 6.2 to customers.

Sage CRM 6.2 delivers many powerful new features which bring real benefits to Sage CRM users. These include:

Themes – which allow you to change the look and feel of Sage CRM, including colours and fonts, so you can customise Sage CRM to your corporate brand or personal preference.

Relationship Manager – gives you the ability to desacribe and visualise valuable relationships with customers, in a similar way to the Relationship Charts add-on application for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

New Email Editor Toolbar – A real step forward! The new toolbar includes:

Enhanced formatting
Ability to insert tables
HTML editor
Preview/Print Options
Spell Checking functionality

Improved Microsoft Outlook Integration – which improves the efficiency and effectiveness of the system.

Microsoft Windows 2008 Server Support – providing a greater choice of deployment options for the web server portal.

Microsoft Vista support for SOLO clients – the ability to install Sage CRM SOLO we portal on IIS7 and Microsoft Vista gives a greater choice of deployment options for the SOLO client.

Note these enhancements relate only to the stand-alone version of Sage CRM. The enhancements to Sage 200 CRM have not yet been released and may differ.
