UK Release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Online and On-Premise

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, the SaaS or cloud-based version of Microsoft's leading CRM solution, was launched in the UK on 17th January 2011. The product is based on the latest release of the software, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, which will also be available for on-premise deployment at the end of February.
The release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online is a milestone as it's the first time Microsoft has offered a new version of the product in the cloud before releasing the on-premise version. Accessed over the internet on IT infrastructure hosted and managed by Microsoft, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online has been priced extremely competitively, starting out at just £22.75 per user per month.
Whether you choose to deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 as a cloud-based or on-premise solution, the product includes some major enhancements, additional features and functions. Both the cloud and on-premise versions are now effectively the same product (they use almost identical code), making it straightforward to switch from one type of deployment to the other.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 is even easier to use than its predecessor, version 4. The latest release has improved integration with Microsoft Outlook as well as 'out of the box' integration SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
With new dashboard functionality, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 has overtaken most of its competitors with its business intelligence and data visualisation capabilities. It also improves user efficiency and productivity through increased personalisation and role-tailored clients, has more flexible configuration capabilities and is even easier to navigate.
