For some time now, Concentrix has been providing their customers with access to their Self-Service tool. Self-Service from Concentrix is an internet based "self-help" tool which gives all support customers the ability to log their own problems.
The self-service support tool reduces the amount of time it takes to report a problem. This enables you to focus on more business critical activities and allows us to worry about the rest.
As well as reporting problems, Self-Service gives you the ability to track and view the progress of your companies' issues once they have been reported. What's more the tool contains a base of information, which you can use to search for key words that relate to your problem.
Concentrix Self-Service is available to all customers who have a support agreement with Concentrix. The service is easy to use and each customer has a unique user name and password. Once logged in, the system is easy to navigate. However, Concentrix has created a user guide (PDF, 1.28MB) which is available for download and contains step by step instructions.
