Concentrix TSG is a leading independent CRM solutions provider, now part of Technology Services Group. This is a key step in the growth strategy of TSG and will provide significant capability in customer relationship management software implementation, one of the company's target growth areas.

We are continuing our growth and are recruiting for Software Developers to add to our talented development team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company with an excellent reputation in a challenging and varied role.

The following skills and experience are desirable C#.NET, JavaScript, JQuery, MS SQL, XML, Web Services. Successful candidates will also have excellent communication skills, be well presented and willing to travel occasionally.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Designing and configuring CRM Solutions to reflect the processes and needs employed by the client.
  • Providing realistic effort estimates on proposed assignments and helping to set customer expectations.
  • Implementing and testing bespoke software components to meet unique requirements that may fall outside the scope of the product used.
  • Offer technical advice on solutions to determine the best implementation.
  • Second line support for delivered projects.

Other activities a developer may be involved in include supporting pre-sales activities to demonstrate the capability of what we can develop and deliver and liaising with customers to understand and gather their requirements to design the designated system.

Our development team work with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft SharePoint and Sage CRM on a daily basis. We customize these products using a broad range of web technologies, including C#, JavaScript, WPF, WCF, Silverlight, ASP.NET and MVC 3. We also develop bespoke desktop and mobile applications to compliment these products using various .NET technologies.
