We are continuing our growth and are recruiting for a Sage CRM Support Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company with an excellent reputation in a stimulating and diverse role.
As a Sage CRM Support Consultant you will be providing second line telephone and remote support to Customers on Sage CRM, integrated Sage 200/CRM as well as other third party add-on products. You will be required to respond and resolve CRM support queries, including receiving calls or emails from Customers on the support helpdesk. You will be involved in call management to ensure service level agreements are met, analysis and investigation work, as well as report writing.
The ideal candidate will have at least a year's experience of supporting Sage CRM solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proven track record of supporting Sage CRM are essential. Working alongside others, you will need to be a good team player and have the ability to manage personal workload and work well on your own initiative.
It would be desirable for the ideal candidate to be Sage certified and have experience of Sage 200, IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services, as well as a strong knowledge of network infrastructure.
